- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 lb Savoie's® sausage, julienne sliced
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 medium bell pepper, sliced
- Savoie's® seasoning to taste
- tortilla shells, warmed
- sour cream
- Heat a large skillet.
- Add oil, sausage, bell pepper, and seasoning.
- Saute until vegetables begin to turn transparent.
- Spoon mixture into tortilla shells. Top with sour cream and salsa.
- Roll into burrito shape and enjoy!
