Cajun Fajitas

Ingredients

  • ​​​​​1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • ​​​​​1 lb Savoie's® sausage, julienne sliced
  • ​​​​​1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 medium bell pepper, sliced
  • Savoie's® seasoning to taste
  • tortilla shells, warmed
  • sour cream
  • salsa

Directions

  1. Heat a large skillet.
  2. Add oil, sausage, bell pepper, and seasoning.
  3. Saute until vegetables begin to turn transparent.
  4. Spoon mixture into tortilla shells. Top with sour cream and salsa.
  5. Roll into burrito shape and enjoy!
