Brown Rice Casserole

Can use white rice instead of brown.
- 2 cups uncooked brown rice
- 1 (12 oz) can beef broth
- 1¼ cups water
- ½ lb Savoie's® sausage, diced
- 1 chicken breast, diced
- 1 cup chopped fresh mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
- salt & pepper to taste
- salt & pepper to taste.
- Cover. Bake at 375 degrees F for 45-50 minutes, stirring occasionally.
