Savoie's Dressing Mix is another product unique to Cajun Land.
This Acadian treat is used to make delicious rice dressing ("Dirty Rice"). Whenever there's a large gathering, rice dressing is always on the menu. The good thing about this dish is that it goes with anything. Rice Dressing may be served as a main dish.
Dressing Mix can also be used for Cornbread Dressing, or as a stuffing for turkey and other meats.
Use left-over rice dressing to stuff bell peppers.
